- COMPOSITION:
Quinine hydrochloride - 50 mg
Noramidopyrine methansulfonate sodium - 200 mg
in one filmtablet
ACTION:
A combined drug with analgesic, antipyretic and anti-microbial
action. Analgin contained in the drug has a strong analgesic action,
reduces the abnormally elevated body temperature, and has an
antiphlogistic and slight spasmolytic action. The other active
component - quinine - also has antipyretic, analgesic and
antiphlogistic effects. It has a specific anti-malarial action and
suppresses the transmission of the impulses in the conduction system
of the heart, as a result the cardiac activity is slowed down.
INDICATIONS:
Common colds, flu, pneumonia, bronchopneumonia, muscular and
articular rheumatism, neuralgia, neuritis, pleurisy, herpes and
dysmenorrhea. |
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Allergy to pyrazolone derivatives and quinine. Cardiac
decompensation and the last three months of pregnancy.
SIDE EFFECTS:
Tinnitus, dizziness, vomiting, palmitation, insomnia,
agranulocytosis and thrombocytopenia can be observed with high
doses.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Orally administered, 1-2 tablets, from 1 to 3 times daily after
meals.
MEDICINAL FORM AND PACKAGE:
Packages of 10 filmtablets.
STORAGE:
At moderate temperature (15-30° C) in a place protected from
humidity.
EXPIRY:
5 (five) years.
